IMPROVE YOUR RUN GROUP SESSIONS

What: the session lasts for 1 hour and usually comprises of a mix of plyometrics, conditioning exercises and short interval circuits, all designed to better your running form and reduce the chance of injury. 

When: Every Thursday evening from 6-7pm

Where: We leave from Run4It on Lothian Road (EH3 9BE) and usually head to the meadows, Bruntsfield Links or Granny's Green steps. 

Who: all abilities are welcome and there is no prior sign up required.
